Instructions
| Solid carbide is extremely hard, making it very brittle and prone to breaking if not handled correctly |
| Step 1: Remove the protective cap. Clamp the drill cutter on the triangular shank. Check the concentricity. |
| Step 2: Place the drill cutter in the centre of the spot weld without applying pressure and run at full rotation speed |
| Step 3: When full rotation speed is reached, fully immerse in the spot weld |
| Step 4: Allow the drill cutter to rotate when pulling it out |
| Avoid hard contact with the material to be drilled, side impacts or dropping the drill cutter under all circumstances |
| The use of coolant/lubricant is not necessary |
